At Camwell Laminating, service back-up is a very important component.
We use the products we sell which means we provide product advice and machine service from a position of knowledge and experience.
Whilst we do not claim to have ‘all’ the answers, experience means that we can often pin-point problems quickly, resulting in less down-time. Don’t be afraid to ask difficult or seemingly ‘dumb ‘ questions. Difficult questions can be worked through while the ‘dumb’ question may just save you, the customer, time and money.
